Specifically, the warranty applies to the following products:
- Main equipment: 12 months from delivery date
- Replacement supplies: 06 months from delivery date. 06 months from the date of delivery.
- Place of warranty: RIKEN VIET’s offices.
Furthermore, in order to make customers feel more secure, the company also apply a product return policy to defective products due to the fault of manufacturer’s or supplier’s (delivering wrong model and quantity).
